But what would happen if all the kitties in the world did turn into zombies! Most cats don't get very big (unless you have a couple of Maine Coons like mine!) so you'd think it would be no problem swatting off these little monsters, right?? Well think again, I say! If you're looking for a perfect zombie killing machine, a cat has a lot going for it:
Nimble - Ever seen a cat breezily scamper up a tree or run along the top of a fence like it's no effort at all? Now picture yourself trying to run away from one while he's trying to get at your delicious brains. You haven't got a chance I tell you!
Stealthy - Cats spend their lives figuring out ways to sneak up and attack things. What are you gonna do, hide from them? They're already watching you and you don't even know it! Once that cat starts wiggling it's butt, it will only be a matter of seconds before he's pouncing on you and chewing on your throat like you're a helpless canary.
Claws - Sure, that may not seem like much, but if you've ever had a cat get all hissy and swipey with their claws out, you know it's terrifying enough to make you afraid to even move! And that's when they'll charge at you, tearing into your flesh; your blood dripping off those adorable little teeth.
Cute - Last but not least. I know what you're thinking - big deal. But this is where they get crafty! They might appear to be a living cat, all purring and flopping over on it's back so you can rub it's tummy, or heaven forbid, what if they start doing that thing where they lick their paws and wash their face with them, and then they forget to put their tongue back in?? Have you ever seen anything cuter than that??? It's right at that moment where you're squealing and cooing and asking "Who's a pretty kitty??" "You're a pretty kitty!" "Yes you are!" "Yes you are!".... that's when you'll suddenly find yourself with 40 cats ripping into the back of your head and eating your brains...
....And all the while, the purring. The terrible purring.
